He went out of his way through the whole day to help me out and did whatever he could, nicest bloke and possibly the best customer service I have ever recieved. Silvester replaced my iMac's failed hard drive and uploaded the OS again. He had already recommended which HDD to purchase from a nearby trusted retailer, and my Mac was up and running later that night. He's very professional, communicates well and provides updates on the progress of repair. Really pleased to have met him and would recommend Apple Mac Experts to anyone on the Central Coast!
Wouldnt get anyone else to repair our Mac's. Excellent and good value. Great bloke
