I was lucky enough to receive the platinum experience with Ally from Macron Music. For starters, I had a foreign brand instrument which needed a very specific spare part. I searched every shop in my area, and even called the national suppliers to try to track down this spare part. One of them recommended me to try Macron Music, which I did and I was very pleasantly surprised to find that they were able to help (everyone else said they couldn't).nnAlly was very helpful, professional and she kept me updated frequently as to when the parts were arriving. She gave me very realistic timeframes and also went above and beyond to ensure that I knew my order was being taken care of in the background as it was a long waiting process for the shipment.nnTo the manager (if you're reading this), Ally is the best example of exceptional customer service I can think of and she absolutely deserves a raise. I will be looking at purchasing from Macron Music in the future, and I will make sure all my musician friends know about this wonderful store!

Perfect packaging and the best set-up on a new guitar I've ever had. All my concerns about not going in store to have a look/play are gone. Macron Music did an amazing job getting this new guitar to me across the country in no time and was $300 cheaper than anyone else. 10/10 will buy from them again.
