First time I purchased four cartridges of toner for my printer, got home the blue was half empty. I rung them and they replaced the toner but stated it was returned by another customer. I now purchased another four cartridges of toner at four times the cost of any where else, I rung them and ask if they would accept my return as none of the cartridges had been opened (all seal in a box ) and Simon refused to take back any returnsnOr accept that I swap cartridges for another make of printer
