POOR 'REFUND' POLICY' & MANAGERnnBe well aware that the store, while offering a 30 day refund 'policy' will STILL treat you like a dishonest customer when you try to return a game.nnStaff say when you get in-store that they 'reserve the right to 'consider your refund' and this terminology really has zero meaning, it's just their way of creating room for themselves to do what they like in relation to a refund.nnTIP: Go to Big W for games, why ?nn1) They're cheaper and price match.n2) They have a 90-day refund policy IF you keep your security sticker on your game to prove it hasn't been opened - JB Hi-Fi offer nothing like this - they rely on hearsay (ie: he said, she said).n3) Big W can look up your purchase on their computers at the laybuy counter and will - just politely ask - JB Hi-Fi don't offer this nor will they go to these lengths.n4) Big W staff are polite, helpful and go the extra step. JB Hi-Fi will talk to you for 5 minutes before trying to get you out the door due to impatience.

Good service.... Absolutely love all the tech... Being surrounded by it all makes me happy lol ud83dude1cud83dude02 great Staff very knowledgeable.

Can get busy at times so may have to be patient if needing assistance but once you do get assistance, the staff are great.

Helpful staff, friendly all over good service.. just wish the prices where better hahah
