It's no wonder there is so many positive reviews here. I just wanted to add mine because my experience was a 5 star experience as well. Matt and his co-worker took time out of their really busy day to help me restring, tune my guitar and do the intonation tuning as well.nHe could have sent me on my way after I bought the strings but went that extra mile to do what he could to make sure my guitar was as good as it could be.nIt sounds like such a small thing but being kind and going that extra mile for customers has been lost these days and I've found a great music store with people that care so they'll have my business forever now.nThanks Matt and (the other guy) for helping me out. Keep up the great work and kindness is like a boomerang so I'll be sending it back your way with those product I mentioned one day. Cheers!

Very good service I got help picking a guitar that would suit my needs...assistant plug it in and played different tunes with it, excellent customer service I will be going back in the future, thank you so much I'm very happy with my new guitar
