Great store, good sekection and very friendly and helpful staff.

I will never shop there again whilenDinesh still works there!nI am a 62 year old, disabled pensioner and have a 20 year old carer. I walked into the shop using my walker. I asked my carer to take the wine to the counter for me as I couldn’t and immediately he started accusing my carer of being underage and me buying alcohol for a minor. She doesn’t even drink alcohol! She didn’t have her ID on her att as she needed hands free for me and besides, she is not supposed to leave my side. He refused to serve me while she was in the shop, so I asked her to wait outside. That should have been the end of it!!nHe then kept changing his mind as to whether or not he would serve me and started trying to talk over me in a loud voice.nHe showed no regard for the fact I was disabled and needed the carer’s assistance, he just wanted to be right. He was being very Un Australian. Political correctness gone wrong again?! What ever happened to compassion and a fair go?nnWhat if I had a disability dog. Would I still be refused?nI have never been refused service nor been so humiliated in my all my life!nDinesh should not be dealing with the public if this is how he treats people let alone a disabled person!

Staff always helpful a d friendly

Terrible customer service. Scoffed when I mentioned low carb beer, when my card declined he said 'it declined because there's no money in the account' and INSTANTLY went to take the beer out of the bag... before even asking if I'd like to use a different card or cash... seriously? This place needs to retrain their staff.

Great friendly staff. Easy to grab shop-a-docket deal after a buying something from Coles.
