Brought a TV here. Pure bliss from start to finish! Back dock stayed open for me after close so I could collect my purchase. Great service

After the purchase, they will treat you like you have never existed. Norbert, the sale man in the kitchen appliances section was proud of himself with 21 years of experience in sale but would not know what oven model come with what accessories and whatnot, give you wrong promises and doesn't care less for after-sale service. Then he would acknowledge your existing after we sent a complaint against him to the customer service helpline.

Bought a dryer, got home and it was damaged. They apologised and were more than happy to replace it. Their customer service is great, their dispatch guys were so helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this particular store.

I have been buying several items at Bankstown Bing Lee store over the last few years. The price was great. Once I decided to buy a set of microphone for working at home during covid-19 lock down. I bought from Bing Lee online but they refused to let me pick it up. I wanted it immediately so I went to Bankstown Bing Lee shop instead and got a discount around $15 from the online price (: Happy!
