Frustrating! Shipment by TNT which doesn't ship to parcel collect, hard to claim the item therefore (why not make it simple and ship with auspost?)nNo payment confirmation nor receipt provided. Only payment via credit card via phone, why not accept transfers once invoiced?nNo shipment confirmation provided, i had to call up days later to find out details.nIn my experience, i would not recommend this company. Unfortunately they are the only providers for B&W parts, shame they lacked a good customer service. I wouldn't call myself a premium experienced supplier if i treat my customers like that...
