So rude! Refused to sell me one bottle of wine because my partner didn’t have ID. We are both in our late thirties. Never going back.

absolutely disgusting service from Nina is an understandment. One of the worst customer service experiences. I Will never be returning to this store. Save yourself the time and do not go to this store. The attitude from this women was unbelievable and so disrespectful!!

the worst customer service from the manager and second in charge. they are racist and unhelpful. no customer service whatsoever. horrible people these two esp nina . if i was the owner of this store i would definitely change the manager and second in charge. i will NEVER EVER BUY FROM HERE

I live in Liverpool and work at Westfield Liverpool. We always get groceries at Coles and often go to Liquorland, my fiancee (30 years old) have bought some beers by himself and never been asked for ID. I went there with him today (I am a 31 years old woman with Asian background) to buy few bottles of wine because they are on sale, the red hair lady with glasses who never smiles asked specifically for my ID while my fiancee went to register and pay. I was not even at the register, I was at the chilled section, looking around. She didn't allow my fiancee to buy because I wasn't bringing my ID.nLook if this isn't racist, I don't know what is it.. we are never coming back especially if she's there.nIf Coles wants to make company policy that isn't racist they should ask for ID for every single person who buys alcohol there, no matter what their age is.
