I recently dropped off my Acer nitro 5 laptop to this business after it stopped turning on. After a diagnostic I was told that the keyboard needed replacing or that the motherboard may have issues. Later I was advised that the laptop needed a whole motherboard replacement and this was not worth the cost. HOWEVER, after all this hassle I get home and merely tighten the motherboard screws and the laptop is fully functional again. I really can't understand how this was missed from a professional repair standpoint.

Great service although staff clearly under qualified. Sent in my MacBook for repair and after two weeks the fellow refused to repair it because it was too difficult of a job. Still charged me $45 for diagnostics.

☆2 good dealings & 1 REALLY funkin BAD & due to last, -ve dealing, trust is 95% shot!☆Previously Dr PC - Kept my Toshiba & my leather laptop carry case, then changed business title again (PC Dr, Dr PC, now Dr IT, etc over last few years)
