Charles has always been great guy to do business with & makes it feel more personal than just business. He knows his stuff inside out, is passionate about guitars (you'd hope so, he makes them) lol, and a rue craftsman down to a T. I've had him do guitar modifications and had him run through specs with me a build that didn't happen. I love bringing him my guitars for restoration. I couldn't speak any higher for the guy.
