I bought something and it was my fault it was not what I needed, I asked if I could exchange it and that was OK - it was for a remote control car. The car came and there was a faulty charger and I asked if they would replace it and they did. These seemingly easy stuff is done seamlessly. this is a company you can trust trading online. I will now have no issues buying more stuff from them as they are reliable and trustworthy. Good on ya Aus Electronics!!

I found them to be truly helpful in every manner. Thanks to their kindness everything got sorted. I think they are worthy sellers - well beyond the average business. I recently purchased an RC model aircraft from Aussie Electronics Direct and I was very impressed with the prompt attention to my order and received it in about 3 days. The aircraft however had manufacturing faults and failed to operate as expected. Aus Electronics were notified and the aicraft returned for their viewing.nI read many negative comments about their after sales service and was very worried that I had wasted my money.nThe company's customer service was outstanding and not only repaced the defective aircraft in 10 days but replaced it with a much better one costing many dollars more.nI would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to buy electronic products.

I bought a $3000 Mavic Enterprise drone thinking it was the latest technology only to find out it dit not have any of the flight modes I need as a hobby videographer.nnMore over the drone and it’s technology has been DISCONTINUED by the parent company DJI.nnI think they failed in their duty of care in informing me about this before selling this obsolete drone, they do not want it back although I had not flown it at all, rather expensive lesson learned.nnProspective buyers tread carefully when dealing with these people
