I went to John from JM repairs after being told by Good Guys and Lenovo that my laptop of only 15 months old would not be covered under warranty. From the time I talked to John on the phone, he asked me to come in straight away. The laptop was ready to go in about an hour at an reasonable cost. This was very much appreciated as I thought that I would need a new laptop if John wasn’t able to fix it. Considering, I paid $2000 for my laptop, this was going to be a difficult situation. Look no further. If you have any I.T/ computer issues then you have go here at JM computer repairs and service. John was amazing. So friendly, professional and extremely responsive. Definitely knows his stuff. I had a very slow Mac Book pro. I wanted to upgrade the memory and hard drive and John told me the best ones to upgrade too.
