Amazing service from Adams Appliances! I have a Delonghi coffee machine that suddenly had issues with its steam function. The staff at Adams Appliances were warm, welcoming, friendly and professional - explaining the process well and how long it would take. They went above and beyond my expectations! The repair was done and I was able to pick up my machine the next day! The service was exceptional - I highly recommend Adams Appliances!

Our De Longhi coffee machine has had ongoing issues. Brought it into Adams Appliances yesterday, and they called me to pick it up only 24 hours later. The machine is working perfectly now, and the staff there are so friendly! I will definitely be going back there if I need any other appliances fixed - highly recommend!

I took my DeLonghi in for repairs when the boiler went. Was greeted by genuinely friendly, good-humoured people with great product knowledge. When Alan heard I had travelled for an hour to get there they did everything they could to get it ready while I was in the area visiting my inlaws; They repaired and serviced my machine SAME DAY and I was able to swing by and pick it up on my way home!nReally impressive customer care! Machine works a charm! Highly recommend!!
