Officeworks Greenacre

Did my research on the item on the Officeworks website to see if it was in stock in the store, when I got to Officeworks the staff wasted half an hour of my time to find the item because they didn't even know where the item was. One of the staff members at the counter was constantly sneezing without covering up.. good thing I had my mask on. ud83dude12

Team member Mahdi was very friendly and approachable, helped me decide on gifts for my cousins and also wrapped them beautifully! Would definitely be coming back on Saturdays for his service

A girl called Aamish on the photocopying section showed terrible customer service today. I went in for passport photos. I asked her to take a couple of ones with good lighting. She took only two and went off abruptly without saying that it’s done so that I can walk off the picture area. Asked her to show me the pictures prior to printing and she was cold and apathetic. I walked off without buying my photos. Will take my business elsewhere where customers are respected.
