Sydney Appliance Instillations

I’m leaving four stars because I chose not to proceed with this company based on being treated rudely, so it doesn’t feel fair to leave a poor rating. Organisations are obviously made up of more than one person, and there might be heaps of great people working here. However, the receptionist was incredibly patronising and tried to push me into spending double the money on an installation I didn’t want. I asked for just a washing machine install, and explained that we’ve safely and effectively installed the dryer ourselves before and can do it again. I was repeatedly told there was no way we were capable of it ourselves because we aren’t professional installers. I explained that we’re powerlifters and feel comfortable lifting heavy weights (only after I’d been pushed), so we aren’t worried about the safety she kept referring to. I was met with, ‘yeah, but you’re not professional INSTALLERS babe’. I fail to see why I need to be a professional installer to lift something that I’ve lifted without issue twice previously.nnI’ll add she was all ready to book me in over the phone but when I refused to book the more expensive service, she said I should just go book myself in on the website.
