Gadget City

Fantastic service by the Gadget City team. On Monday I ordered an item & expressed to them that I definitely needed it within a week but with Easter only 4 days away I thought it would be virtually impossible. After speaking to a friendly staff member who advised me to place something in the notes to reflect this of which I did. I ordered the goods at 12.30 and received a confirmation email at 12.43 advising me that the order had been received. At 12.49 I received another email telling me that the items had been shipped. At around 12.00pm the very next day Tuesday the items arrived, less than 24 hours. A fantastic effort by Gadget City & Australia Post.

Outstanding service, knowledge & prices, I highly recommend these guys for any electronic gadgets you may be chasing. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Excellent to deal with.

This tech team is the BEST for spare parts for radios or tech devices AND ON SERVICE. Check their website gadgetcity.com.au and NO im NOT an employee. My charge cable on my GME TX6160 radio (dust & water PROOF) broke at the powerpoint. They have this and MANY others (website) AND send for FREE standard post. Awesome. They communicate regularly. If they dont answer they call back so if u have an unknown no. after calling answer it. Prob them. How many do this?!

Outstanding Customer Service.nIt is always easy to give a high score when things go well, but the real test is when something goes wrong.nThere was a problem with the initial delivery - these things happen - but what happened next was exemplary.nMatt organised a return within 20 mins of my notifying Gadget City, he returned a phone call I had made also in an extremely timely manner. When the returned item was received the correct item was sent out within 2 hours, with the result the correct item was received by myself the next day.nI am extremely grateful & really appreciative of the excellent Customer Service I received.
