Bing Lee Central Warehouse

Purchased a product from clearance centre and assured item was brand new and discount price was purely due to damaged packaging. Assured it will be covered with full warranty and guarantees. A fault was detected and returned to Bing Lee, only to be told it was purchased from clearance centre and not the main store, it is therefore considered a “second” and not eligible for replacement. Sounds like it was cheaper for them to refund than ship the replacement. Misleading. Don’t shop here. Taking my money to Appliances Online.
