Space Hi-Fi

It's quite difficult to make an informed purchase when you haven't been able to physically sit in front of a product and try it out, but the team here are more than happy and capable to give you a really detailed and informed description of anything in their product line. This is a great service to have, and means that as a buyer you know what you're getting.nnAdditionally, they've got some great pricing, and the customer service skills to match it. Seems to me as if they employ people who actually have vested interests in the gear that they sell.nnI'm more than happy with the products recommended to me that I went ahead and bought, and they were even able to get it out the door the same day when I ordered at 3pm; certainly a virtue of being a small and local business.nnCertainly somewhere I'll be returning to when I've got a bit more cash to spend on some of life's finer things.

I went to the store in person to purchase some speakers and subwoofer. David was very enthusiastic and informative, he was not pushy with the sales and provided a great deal without me asking. I would definitely revisit for any home theater needs.

I bought a splitter to solve a graphics issue with an older PC. It arrived in good time, unfortunately it wasn't the right product for the task I needed (my fault not theirs and nothing wrong with the product), but they happily refunded the purchase cost when returned. Its great to see customer service like that, they deserve 5 stars...
