WORST SERVICE, WOULD RATE 0 STARS IF I COULD!nThe guy who runs this business is a complete scam, he will take your device in promising a service and keep it for WEEKS WITHOUT doing anything, believe me he will give you any number of excuses to PRETEND he is working on it, and you will WASTE time WAITING on him. After several weeks he will tell you that he will need to charge you several HUNDRED DOLLARS MORE to fix your device - if you check the manufacturers website, you will find that they can do it for you for HALF the price and take A QUARTER of the time, it was unfortunate that this business took advantage of my elderly family members who had not known better, but I suppose thats the only way a DISGUSTING establishment such as this would keep running in the first place.nDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY, THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOU. If you left your device here I would recommend walking in directly to pick it back up as they will LIE to you on the phone to keep your device longer. DO NOT RISK IT. Take your device to a reputable repair or send it to the manufacturer directly!!
