Never leave your Mac computer to fix in this store. They charge you a fortune to tell you the obvious things and you never really have a clue if your computer can be fixed or not. The safest thing is that they tell you that you have to buy a new one and for all this they made you waste time and money.nnMany times your laptop has a good chance of being saved if you leave it in the right place... and please never leave it in this place.nnThey are not people to trust and if they screw up they will never acknowledge their mistake or return your money back

These guys are fantastic.nnMy laptop had some power issues and without it my business was on hold.nnWithin 24 hours the problem was diagnosed, parts were delivered and the issue was fixed ready for me to pick up.nnThe guys at the shop were super friendly and very helpful.nnHighly recommend.

Hi delivered my mac book pro for a battery replacement and number 9417. This is my alias hence the reason of disclosing my service number. I was quoted at the time of accepting the service as $180 for the battery replacement. I was then informed that there is also software issues that also needed updating so i accepted a further $149 in charges, I was told at the time that I was going to received a discount. I collected my laptop today and charged $320 with a saving of $30, which i thought is amazing. Only to then find out that the battery replacement was increased to $200 without my knowledge so in fact they made their money back and the discount ended up being $9. Lets be clear here I did not request the discount - THEY offered it! when I pointed out that they increase the battery service replacement an extra $20 without my knowledge the owner was offended. OFFENDED that i called his deceit. The he tried to make me feel bad that i was looking for reason to save more money. HELLO, you stated $180 then charge me $200. I left absolutely disgusted at his behaviour. Check your receipts ad make sure they give you a quote up front, or they will find ways to steal your money.

Great service, very fast.nnFixed the hinge on my laptop a about two months ago. It took less then 24hrs, very happy with the result, had no problems since.
