great, friendly staff. I bought a guitar bundle for $450 which is a great price including the amp and everything. They even took a further $25 dollars off because I was buying in store. such a great range of instruments and not just guitars. would give this 6 stars if I could!!

Super fast delivery. These guys were amazing. This review is long overdue. When the website was not working, Matt took my order over the phone, checked that they had I the pod go in stock ( last one on the shelf) and made sure I had my new pod go the next day. Yes, it arrived at my door the next day. I don't know if I was just lucky but I was blown away and happy to be enjoying my new toy asap. Keep on rockin' guys.

Extremely satisfied with my online purchase (acoustic guitar). It took 2 days from placing order to the package arriving in perfect condition (guitar was even tuned and ready to play). Tracking was available and I was notified when it arrived. Hassle free. Kudos to the staff for the great service.

Amazing easy customer service from the online store. This was my first time buying from here. I tried them out because of the great reviews and prices. I was worried and upset when the KT140 keyboard bench I bought online had a misalignment problem so I couldn't secure it into place. I emailed the store with my order number and pictures for help. Minutes later, Natalie called me and said she would send a new one. I didn't need to worry about sending the old one back. She even offered to have the new one opened and checked first before shipping. I got the new shipping notification a few hours later. That was four days ago, and the new bench arrived today. It locked into place easily. I'm so grateful I didn't have to do anything further with my inquiry and I don't have to shop around for a new bench anymore. I will definitely shop from turramusic again.nnEdit: also very quick response from Josh to my original inquiry about stock availability. Awesome response time in general from this store.
