Rude Staff and poor customer servicenChambers Cellars NB's location is so convenient and simple transactions are easy unless you have and issue or need help with a product. This review isn't based on an isolated incident as this is third occasion my family and I have been met with rude staff (such a shame that this takes away from the good staff). In this competitive market you need a basic level of service from all staff with a good level of knowledge.. Chambers Cellars has not demonstrated this to me. Some suggestions.. know what corked wine is how it happens, don't rubbish your competition and because you don't stock a product, don't tell your customers it doesn't exist.

Great variety of wines and spirits and prices are very reasonable! Staff are super lovely and always happy to chat as you check out!

Unbelievably rude staff. Went in on my way home from work - proceeded to ask the only guy in the (totally empty) shop for some help. He treated me with such rudeness and contempt I left and walked (out of my way home) to go to Camperdown Cellars on Spofforth St. Take my advice: Go see Jorge and his team. You'll never be made to feel like you're a bother for asking questions and the service/prices/quality is consistent. Don't think I'll be returning here again.

Overpriced. Very difficult to find wines under 15aud and if you find, it will be very poor quality. Better to look for a dan Murphy's of bws.

Great wine recommendations! Landed in Sydney from Qld yesterday looking for local winery recommendations. Gent at counter recommended 3 NSW wines and all 3 were outstanding wines and at value prices. So superior to visiting bws or liquor land.
