Professionalism at its best!nI bought a bottle of Krug the other day that very unfortunately got poured down the sink. It wasn’t a cork defect but what we would say was a storage defect where temperature differences damaged the wine. Should I say that we drink a lot of champagne and we’ve had the bottle before? I called the manager who decided to refund the bottle for us, even though I lost my receipt. Very professional and without any further questions or concerns. I would recommend the store to get the store a fridge for its premium wines but can not give the store and its staff anything else than all my thumbs up! Thank you!
