The worst staffnI have gone in on 5 different occasionsnHave dealt with each staff member and they do not talk to you like a customernI don’t know why I even bother going back but this is the complete last strawnI go in wanting to spend $$$ as I amnA pro photographer and the only reason why I don’t is because no one is friendly and they talk down on younI have worked in customer service and this is honestly the worst place I’ve ever dealt with.nNever again

Would absolutely not recommend this place for developing film, terrible customer service. THREE times now I have had my film developed only to get home and realise they have given me someone elses film - only for them to tell me it is my problem and offer no solution or apology for their mistake...

I went to get my disposables developed and only recieved 13 of the 27 photos I took. I was charged $40 for them. When I asked why they all didn't appear and if I had to pay full price for 13 out for the 27 photos I was told I had to. I think that is is unfair and I was ripped off!

Disgusting customer service, Staff are rude and unhelpful. Every experience in this store has been unpleasant. Was told by one staff member a week ago that they could provide a certain service for my film camera, then when I came back the next week to do this the staff just continued to laugh at me for asking for what they said they would do. Discourage customers to shop here.

Disappointed with Brookvale Camera House's handling of my online order for a telescope for my son. A two-month delay turned into a six-month delay. Understand there's a global telescope shortage, but unimpressed by poor communication and disinterested staff. Left polite feedback about my experience on Camera House's Facebook page twice, only to have it immediately deleted. Eventually bought a substitute telescope (different type) from Humble Astronomers which was delivered in three days!
