i wish i could give them 0 as rating. I was suggested the services of Civic Strata Inspections by a conveyancernnTheir report and template looked good but the content were really low standard. The report has missed a lot of information that could have ‘effected your buying decision’. they also use Capital work fund forecast 2013 instead of the latest release in 2019. I rang them to complains and they didnt do anything with it. not worth your time and money

I was suggested the services of Civic Strata Inspections by a conveyancer regarding my upcoming purchase as a first home buyer.nFor unknown reasons major renovations and associated quoted costs were not noted by Civic. Something which would not be expected by a company tasked to check for such matters.nMy attempts to then clarify why this occurred with Civic Strata Inspections were unsuccessful.
