Great spot to get your hair cut. Nina, Christine and Bailey all manage to make me seem better looking than I really am so they must be good ;)

I always have a great experience at this salon. The health of my hair has drastically improved since I have been attending this salon and the colour of my hair is finally really lovely. A bonus is the staff are professional, courteous and always so friendly.

Disappointing experience. I went in for a consult and worked with the hairstylist on what we were going to do with my colour. I hadn't been to a stylist in 6+months and there was a bit of colour correction needed to get an even and lightened finish. I Booked an appointment based on the consult. Turned up to the appointment (booked time off work) and the hair stylist said she had a think about it over the weekend and she did not want to lighten my roots AT ALL. I wish she would have said this in the initial consult as it would have saved me taking time off work - I had to walk away from the appointment as I felt she had more than enough opportunity to call me between consultation and appointment (there was over a week between consultation & appointment) to tell me her change of approach. I felt that waiting until I was in the chair to tell me that the plan had changed was very unprofessional and unfortunately it was enough for me to take my business elsewhere.
