I drove 30min to try out a bass guitar as a new player after phoning to check if it was ok to try it out. This was based on glowing reviews. When I asked to try the guitar I was met with an air of exasperation verging on disdain. Grudgingly the guitar was taken out of the box for me to try but the experience was not conducive to buying the bass at this store. I have since visited a different guitar store where I could try out the bass in a comfortable environment where I made a purchase. The experience was night vs day. Perhaps the person involved was having an off day, however I am posting this so that they are aware of how their customer service may - hopefully rarely - come across. Service provision for a music store and school I think should do better.

Just wanted to call out the person who looked after us in the store - Felix. He really knew his stuff. Spent all the time we needed with us helping to make the right choices. He's the kind of person that you go back to a store for. Thank you.

Just popped in for some advice on a new guitar and was given great info, they even checked with a distributor for an ETA for some new equipment due in Australia to give me some lead time. Please support this business guys and girls because it's clearly intent on supporting its customers. I'll be back.
