Officeworks Mona Vale

Ordered a laptop weeks ago. First I got told Monday then Thursday. Now Monday again. I've had no emails about my order and no explanation just a tracking number. It's a laptop they claimed to have in stock. This is rubbish. I understand it's not Mona Vale branches fault but don't select pick up in future people. It's clearly too difficult to organise. Zero printers in stock. The only staff member on the floor was chatting with a customer about surfing and not really helping anyone. Usually staff here are really helpful.

A worker who I believe was named Sarah was nothing but rude and unhelpful. So slack!

Good variety of products however some staff were rude and unhelpful.

I wanted to scan a photo and print it - the staff were to busy apparently to help - it seems talking between themselves was more important - when I was asked for help I was told to scan my picture onto a dvd - when I did this and paid and asked how to get the copy of my picture she said I needed to scan it - after I had already paid for the dvd a nice boy did help menHowever I would have rather had the help before paying $8 for a disk In addition to an extra $9 fornThe prints a actually wanted Oh and a waste of an hour waiting to do want a originally wanted to do - the girl with the terrible customer service was called Chloe - coming from a customer service background I am far from impressed
