I have been attending tuition at New Tone Music for many years now and have never had a bad experience. The team here is amazing at fitting in my tuition based around my commitments of family, school and sports.nThe staff are extremely well trained in each aspect of music they are trained in and seem to have a true love in seeing people strive, enjoy and grow through music. My tutor Peter Groundwater has helped me through many years of music and always ensures that I access the highest level of music I can achieve all whilst having fun and expressing ourselves through music. In doing so I have started the CPM coarse (Contemporary Popular Music), presented by the AMEB which opens a lot of options for my possible career and jobs in the music industry in the future.nI have nothing bad to say about this family friendly tuition and music gear selling shop. Would 100% recommend attending tuition here if you want to advance your musical skill or kick off your musical career.

My daughter started guitar with Peter a few years ago. She took a break due to hsc and work commitments but was welcomed straight back and it was like she hadn't stopped. So grateful for the flexibility he's allowed due to our family's work and sporting schedules. Peter is always professional, kind, patient and is a talented musician. Thanks.

This is a terrible music store. I buy a guitar amplifier. Ten weeks passed and nothing was received. I'd like to get a refund. They don't return messages or answer their calls. I think it's a fraud. Consumers need to be protected. Such businesses should disappear from Australia. Please stay away from the store. The farther, the better.
