At a time which your family are distressed and confused, the support and compassion given to us by White Lady Funerals (Five Dock) was so appreciated. Everyone associated with White Lady, from our wonderful and empathetic coordinator Gail, the service celebrant Julie, the printer Guy and the service Conductor Gerry, eased a very stressful time and helped us every step of the way to create a beautiful service & tribute. All of these caring and wonderful people were on hand providing advice and support, and answering any questions we may have. And all done with such empathy and kindness. We are so grateful.nnI have no hesitation in recommending the team at White Lady Five Dock. They are truly Angels on earth.

When a family loses a loved one (ie my mother) the thought of planning a funeral is harrowing enough. The treatment we received at white lady five Dock was beyond belief.nnFirstly we were reprimanded for forgetting our masks. I understand all the COVID-19 restrictions but as I was mourning the loss of my mother masks were not high on my list of priorities. We apologised for our oversight but were made to feel like we were naughty school kids.nnSecondly my mother had advised me that her wishes were for a small simple funeral. When we told the lady that mum just wanted simple we were told white lady does not do simple and was looked at like paupers. We were also told that we would be looking at $12k at most places.nnMoney was not an issue we were just trying to respect my mother’s wishes. I asked the lady (who’s name was Gail) to leave it there cause she did not want to help us plan the funeral my mother wanted and we got up to leave.nnAs we were leaving we were advised that because we had signed to have my mother’s body released that we would incur a fee to transfer her to another funeral home if they had already picked her up.nnTo be honest I feel like that is preying on the weak and vulnerable. As I don’t organise a funeral all the time my father and I had no idea of what we were doing.nnWe were given the number of another funeral director who arranged exactly what my mum wanted and showed empathy and respect for my family.nnI was absolutely appalled at the behaviour of this lady especially after seeing your commercials. The experience was not something I would like to repeat and after that I would never recommend this company.

My mother in law passed away a month ago now. At first no one in the family knew what came into play when planning a funeral, we were all so stressed and upset at this time that we did not know where to start.nnI made contact with White Lady Funerals in Five Dock and spoke with a lady named Gail. From having a five minute conversation with her my mind was put at ease knowing there was someone who could help with everything.nnWe met with her that very afternoon, and we went through everything that my mother in law wanted and from that moment on with the planning and viewing of the body, to the service and the wake afterwards, we knew we had found the perfect person and funeral home to help lay my mother in law to rest.nnGail was always on hand to answer any questions we had, with all the stress we were under she was always there to reassure us that everything would be perfect, and it truly was perfect.nnI cannot thank Gail enough for her support and the work she put into making a terrible time less stressful and being there always on hand to help a very stressful family out.nnThank you Gail and White lady Funeral :)
