Hair Den

Hair den is an okay salon. You pay a premium price for a pretty below average result. The senior stylists make mistakes you’d expect from an apprentice. And while they’re all lovely it just isn’t worth the price tag and the anxiety over walking around with noticeably poor foil work. Also can confirm that their prices fluctuate. It’s whatever they feel like charging on the day.

I've only been twice here so far but I will keep going back. I've found that they are a place that really cares about your hair and their clients. They've done an amazing job and I'm really happy with how my hair has turned out. Thank you Hair Den ud83dudc4cud83dudc95

Where do i begin with this place? As a 5+ year customer, my family & I could not speak more highly of Hairden. Firslty, Enzo, Melissa & Nareena are three of the most genuine and caring owners I have met. They run their business with the upmost quality and care for all their customers. If you are a customer like myself who colours your hair, they will give you honesty and transparency throughout the process ensuring the integrity of your hair remains.nnThe staff are all absolutely wonderful, creative and very knowledgeable in this industry. I have been going to my hairdresser Kathy for 10 years and have the best experience of all time.nnMight i mention the gorgeous, clean and cared for salon both exterior and interior.nnI could not recommend this place more enough!!!! xx

I have been a loyal customer of theirs for several years now and every single time I go, I'm charged a new upgraded price. It'd be nice if they stopped putting their prices up as it's getting too expensive now. Prices are more like Bondi than Marrickville. Moreover, this time it looks like I've had half a head of foils and not a full head as paid for (i can see the regrowth that has not been coloured but has colour a few inches down meaning it was coloured the time before) and the colour is not what i asked for either! I am so disappointed. I rang Enzo and was very much told too bad if it's not up to the usual standard and that i would have to fork out more money to have it fixed which I did. It's pretty bad you made me pay for it again when you didn't do it right the first time. Never has this happened before where I'm unhappy with the result only to have to pay to have it corrected. It should be on you. Absolutely despicable customer service! All you care about is filling your pockets and good customer service is absent. I will never be back - that's for certainnn*EDIT: Enzo, i've used my middle name so as not to be identified by you. I'm not that silly to use my own name and have your wrath over the phone. All I can say to anyone contemplating going here, make sure they do it right for you the first time because if you're unhappy with it, they won't do nothing free of charge.
