That was my first time at One Stop Shop For Guys and Girls and it won't be my last!nCathy was great, styled my hair exactly like a wanted. I am very happy with the service. Friendly staf, clean and quality haircut. I recommend.

It's quite hard for me to get an appointment at my usual hairdresser, so I thought I would give this place a try for a quick cut because it's just down the road from me. Big mistake! The hairdresser did not take any time to really look at my hair cut and make suggestions before washing it. Then she washed my hair in cold water. She kept asking me quite technical questions about exactly how my previous hairdresser had cut my hair (I didn't exactly know but expected that the hairdresser would be able to see - from looking at my hair cut - how it had been done), seemed dissatisfied with my answers and queried why I had a concave shape with shorter, softer bits around my face (which my past hairdresser had carefully designed and looked good), saying rudely 'I don't understand your hair cut'. Then she charged me $40 for a shampoo and trim that took her a quarter of an hour max. I will never be going back to this salon and don't recommend it to others. The customer service was extremely poor.
