For starters, I put the wrong postcode code for delivery, and not long after I submitted the order, Wagner called me to double check. That is already a big plus in my books. The delivery arrived the following day (another big plus) and to top it all off, I absolutely love the tube amplifier I bought. Wagner are definitely being bookmarked for furture purchases.

After placing my order I received a call within an hour advising one of the components was on order and asked if they could provide a better quality one to enable shipping that day. Great service.

Great shop with LOTS of diverse products, many of which are in stock. Prices are pretty good too and you can pickup with in an hour or two of ordering. I’m a regular customer.
