Apollo Hi Fi & Video Centre

I went into Apollo Hifi to purchase a new turntable and came out with a set up completely different to what I had original intended. Sam demoed for me different sounds options and choices. Ended up going for a preamp and moving coil cartridge option with the turntable and I couldn’t be happier with my end purchase. I now have a great sound. Any set up issues these guys were there to talk me through and offer the best customer service. 5 starts.

I needed a pair of bookshelf passive speakers, but no luck at the major electrical outlets, but Apollo hi fi had a fantastic range and got the speakers we needed and they made up some leads on the spot. The staff could not have been more helpful, thank you Betty! And at a great price!

The service is always top notch, they will ask you what you want, and just do it, especially speaker testing.nnOne time me and my mate went to another to a Sydney Hifi store that shall not be named in Castle Hill, to test a subwoofer, cash in hand ready to go, they farted us around for an hour, the salesman gave us his life story, bagged out Kaleidascape and we left feeling worse than before we went in, since the dude was so condescending as well.nnWe left that store and came straight to Apollo, the dude greeted us, showed us the sub, tested it, bought it, and we were outta there in like 10 minutes with a lighter wallet.nnThe dude was quick, actually listened, knew his stuff, knew his store, knew what his customers wanted (the dude at the other store did none of those). I can see why Apollo has been around for so long.nnGood stuff and look forward to coming again. I will recommend this store to anyone.
