Needed some help with some KEF bluetooth speakers & they went above & beyond in every way. Service is absolutely first class.

Give these guys a call, they are the best in Australia for all AV gear. I just bought a home theatre and it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had in a purchase. Awesome price and these guys really know what they are talking about!

These guys fixed a problem with my KEF LSX loudspeakers. Tony tried to help me over the phone but when that didn't work he suggested bringing them in to them. They were friendly, effective and efficient. A failed circuit board was fixed within two days. Many thanks, Tony and your crew. Top notch. Highly recommended. BTW, the KEF LSX wireless speakers are absolutely superb. I love 'em !

I brought my KEF LS50 speakers into Advance Audio on Friday after speaking to them on the phone on Thursday. They are the importers for KEF in Australia. I spoke to Nigel first and he helped me do an upgrade to the internal software of the speakers over the phone.nnI was still having trouble connecting to my home network however so on Nigel's advice I brought them over to their premises on Friday morning.nnTony who was there helped me out by connecting the speakers to their network and all was working well. When I got them home however I was still having issues connecting to my network. I phoned Tony up again, and with great patience he suggested a fix which worked first time. Turns out my speakers were jumping on the first available network of 2.4GHz and ignoring the faster 5Ghz network which I wanted them to stream to.nnI just wanted to say thanks to both Nigel and Tony for their help. I was a bit anxious about visiting as my speakers were just over a year old and no longer under warranty. We never even got to discussing that point though as they were both so helpful and happy to help out with the technical issues.nnCan I just say also that the KEF LS50's are just the nicest speakers. The quality is astounding and you would have to pay many thousands of dollars more to get a better sounding system put together from separate items. You might read some bad press online about issues like I've been describing above, but if you have a strong internet signal and maybe just a bit of help from Nigel or Tony (very occasionally) then all will be well.
