Most horrible customer care ever.! they just now how to get money from people. I lodged for a refund as I have changed my company they don't even get back to you. Greedy scammed organisation who just know how to get into people's pocket lol

Horrible customer service. Total chaos. On-line claims doesn't works- you have to send all docs via classic postmail service!!!!
