I will not be returning here, nor do I recommend this salon.nI requested a dusty pink/lavender, and ended up with a copper/rose gold. I was told that it would have to wait for 2-3 weeks to fade to my desired colour.nnI didn't understand how colouring works, and did think it was strange that I couldn't walk out with my desired colour.nnThe copper is now fading out to more of a light brown, but no where near close to the pink I requested.nnI was served by two hairdressers, and whilst I had photos of what I wanted to achieve, I do not feel that they achieved the style I requested. I did not feel that I was listened to.nnThe hairdresser who cut my hair was not attentive to detail, and did not make an attempt to cut my hair to frame my face. She did not follow the image I had shown.nnFor some reason, I was sent home with hair that wasn't dry completely. I don't understand why. But it was already a miserable and cold night.nnWould not recommend.

Massimo at Inch Newtown was incredible! I entrusted him with an image overhaul for my very long, flat and lifeless tresses. He did an amazing colour and huge cut and for the first time ever I left a hairdressers 100% happy and in love with the outcome. Thanks so much Massimo, whenever i'm back in Sydney I will make sure to come to you!
