I don't like their customers service, well there really no customer service.The staff are rude and don't listen when you ask for help, nor do they know the products that their selling , one staff member is even more rude to you which is the older Aussie guy that works there as casual staff member, He had to be one of the rudest person I've ever meet. There prices are above average compared to other bottle shops in the area. There out of stock in there cheaper range of drinks on a regular basis. I will not be shopping there anymore

EXACTLY WHAT YOU EXPECT: A SHOP FULL OF ALMOST EVERY POSSIBLE ALCOHOL YOU COULD POSSIBLY NEED. I COME TO STOCK UP BEFORE HOUSE PARTIES OR TO FIND PARTICULAR WINES FOR MORE FORMAL OCCASIONS. PRICES ARE COMPETITIVE, AND THE STAFF IS HELPFUL

Popped up one night for a whiskey. The staff gave me a very good suggestion on Japanese whiskey. Good stuff! The staffs are friendly and full of the knowledge of the spirit. Good shop, will come again!

Top notch. Amazing selection and knowledgeable staff, can't ask for much more than that.
