Brian is a first and foremost a great bloke and an even greater guitarist. He explains music theory in a way that is easy to fully understand, in a way that not even my dad, who is a musician, is able to explain. He is generous with running over when you’re halfway through learning a song or when he’s explaining a concept and is always punctual.nnI highly recommend him and his interface system to anyone, whatever level you’re at if you’ve started to plateau a bit or lack motivation to continue or have never touched a guitar before but would like to start, Brian’s your man.nnHis interface system which essentially are little armbands for your guitar make the starting process of learning cords a lot quicker and soon engrain the cords, which are colour coded and easy to remember, into your muscle memory. Highly beneficial to the beginner.

InteGuitar has given me great lessons for learning Guitar playing. Thanks for their help, especially to the interface that I used, it saved my lot of time.

Almost 3 years ago I decided to learn guitar and fate delivered me to Brian at his studio in Enmore. Starting out learning guitar was tougher than I thought and if it wasn’t for Brian’s clever guitar interfaces I probably would have given up within the first 3 months. The interfaces feel a little bulky at first but you get used to them quickly and they really speed up the beginners learning process - I learned 6 chords and a few basic songs in my first month. I’m now tackling trickier things like solos. Brian’s a very patient teacher and during lessons, there’s always time for a laugh. If you want to learn guitar give Brian a call. Six stars.

Our son Oscar began learning guitar with InteGuitar's Brian when he was nine years' old and his skills quickly progressed beyond our expectations. I put this partly down to good-humoured, patient and skilful teaching, but also down to InteGuitar's unique interfacing system. The Interface is a simple but genius idea – a colour-coded, stretchable rubber guide that hooks over the neck, and which you position to help easily identify notes, chords and bar chords. For learners with a short attention span, it's particularly brilliant as it helps progress them fast when otherwise they might be lost forever at the second or third hurdle. Two years on, at the age of 11, Oscar is killing it in his school rock band and regularly busks in our local area.
