I got a new battery about 18 months ago for my old iPhone. I was so pleased because I thought I would need a new phone. When that one died I went back for another battery. That one didn’t work after only 2 months and without any hesitation it was changed for a new one without charge. I’m so impressed I really thought I would have to get a new phone. I’m a senior woman and really at the mercy of the techy types. I’m so confident that I’m not getting ripped off. Professional Friendly and fair. Highly recommended.

Bought a screen protection product for my S9+ phone. Within hours is started to lift rendering my phone inoperable until it simply fell off. Took the time and went out of my way to return the following morning and was told I couldn't get a refund until a manager was in on another day. This doesn't suit and the process was a complete waste of my time and money as I can't come back to work in with a manager's schedule. Could have been more accomodating and come up with a better refund system in case of managers absence.nnExceptionally disappointing experience and venue for service.
