Never before have I dealt with such incompetence. Sold the guitar that was on laybuy to someone else and then took a year to replace it. Supplied the tracking number for the delivery two days after the delivery turned up. Would go for months, ignoring my emails. Threatened to get the ACCC involved. What more can I say. Worst experience in 30 years in regards to buying musical instruments.

I wanted to purchase a new guitar through the Industrie Music website, but found the guitar I wanted was out of stock, so I emailed them asking when it would be back in stock. In no time at all I recieved a reply from Henry who could not have been more helpful! Henry organised a special order straight away and within minutes my new guitar was ordered! The customer service was second to none (especially considering this was on a Saturday & 2 weeks before Christmas!)
