Excellent service from Mandy as we dropped in on our way through Dubbo to buy a back up phone, screen protector, cover, a power board and a travel plug. She was friendly, cheerful and helpful. Purchased a floor stock fridge over 5 months ago. There was a dent of the front which the manager told us he would arrange for the panel to be replaced at no charge. After multiple phone calls, emails & store visits, this still has not been repaired.

Purchased a new mobile phone at this store on March 16th 2021 and ported over from Optus to Telstra. A gentleman named Paul did all the paperwork for me as well as transferring my data from the old phone to the new. His knowledge of phones and the smooth efficient way he went about his work was simply perfect as was his attitude' Also, the deal I received from JB HI Fi far exceeded all of my expectations.
