Autobarn

Traveling in our Motorhome through Dubbo when our Stereo stopped working. Greeted at the entrance by a mature lady who inquired what we were after ad then found Jake to check our Stereo. Both pleasant and helpful with Jake suggesting we go see Vince in the Installation bay further down the car park after he had a look. Vince was pretty busy but he agreed to have a look, checked our fuses including the one behind the stereo and found them both working well. He then went to find a replacement stereo in the store and while he was away I discovered that the Stereo was working again; most likely as a result of him putting the fuses back more securely. Lovely man and we really appreciated his help at a time when he and his staff were flat out. Went back into the shop and purchased goods for $ 60 to show our appreciation. Helped by a wonderful man again to find what we wanted. He was hobbling around the store with a walking stick and yet so cheerful and bright. Sadly the young person who was at the front desk when we returned was less than helpful/friendly with a lot to learn from the more mature staff about service and public relations! Fortunately the goodwill and service shown by 4 out of 5 staff members left us feeling good about our world! Thank you Autobarn Dubbo.

Staff were friendly and helpful. LPG was reasonably priced.
