I requested 2 original death certificates for my mother’s funeral they were never sent to me and I’m the executor of the estatenWhen I questioned peter about this today I was advised that he sent only one to my solicitor and he could only get one and would not be getting anymore said good bye and hung up the phonenAs I have not received what I asked for I now question the price of the funeral as the invoice is not itemisednI’d like to know how many death certificates I’m paying fornI’ve found peter to be incredibly rude throughout the entire processnMy wife is in disbelief that a funeral director could act with such contempt for a grieving familynI would not recommend piddingtons to anyone
