Ultramac Armidale

My computer wasn't working from Oct 2020 to end of Jan 2021 and I assumed it was because my dog had chewed on the power cord. I went to Armidale Computers, they ordered a part, the wrong one came in, so he tried again, and when I followed up, he said he was 'trying everyday to get the part' and was apparently having no luck. I was at Bing Lee for somethibg else and asked Shaun there if he knew of a computer repair shop in Armidale other than Armidale Computers, and he suggested I try Ultramac because they had computer parts. Very helpful staff ordered me a part and said it would be ready in 2 weeks. I didn't get my hopes up because of the previous runaround. 1 week later I got a call that the part was in, and I've just hooked my computer up today and it's been running perfectly for hours. Thank you so much, Ultramac! I would have been saved so much stress, running around, and hassle, if I'd just gone straight to you guys instead! I really appreciate it. You are all so friendly and knowledgable (I've spoken to three males and 1 female there Im sorry that I dont know all your names) and I am really grateful that you're there and I will call on you in the future and recommend you to everyone for everything!
