Bing Lee Fyshwick

My three shopping experiences here were quick, hassle free and straightforward. I was very pleased with their efficiency and how quickly my purchases went from order to collection. The staff were professional and friendly and no nonsense to deal with unlike other stores that pressure you to purchase extras you don't need.nnI knew exactly what I wanted and needed, they showed me my options and offered advice according to my needs and walked away with all I needed. No faffing around.

Came in to look for a mesh router and checked the day before if the one I wanted was in stock at the Bing Lee in Fyshwick and it was so I went in the next morning, however, there was none in stock. The wonderful staff member there (Gina was her name I think) helped us find the exact same router but in a different colour, she was even kind enough to give us a deal on top of a deal. Happy with the service I received.

Prior to going to the store my partner and I did online cost comparisons to major retailers and found Bing Lee to be the cheapest for the same item.nnUpon entering the store we were helped by the lovely and very friendly Gina. She was happy to offer honest advice about our choices and didn't push us to buy anything. We loved that she respected when we declined a product and let us make our own decisions.nnShe was also more than happy to have a look for stock codes and quantities in her stores and surrounding areas.nnNext time we are there we will ask for her specifically due to her excellent customer service skills.
