Would only recommend coming here if you know what you're talking about. Staff are particularly unhelpful with queries and advice. If you don't know what you're looking for, the staff have no patience for you. Knowledge of product is awful.

I've purchased a few items from this company over the years due to their convenient location and have always ordered and pre-paid for orders to pickup from store as I have found the staff generally impolite and unhelpful.nNow they've implemented a new policy where they won't release PAID FOR goods till you are able to provide a paypal transaction Id for the transaction.nI have never heard of such a ridiculous policy. I had a printed copy of the notice from MSY with a reference number noting that my order was ready to pick up but obviously that wouldn't be sufficient.nNow either I have to waste time trying to find an irrelevant order number or cancel the order and try to get a refund but that will probably require some other sort of reference number.nCan't see the legality of withholding someone's goods that have been paid for in full and can prove their identity

The MSY in Fyshwick is the reason why the computer fair hardly exists anymore. And now that they don't have any competition in Canberra, they stopped caring. They moved all their stock behind the counter, so you can't look at parts anymore. The service is awful and the people don't know anything about the items they sell. They are rarely stocked and they never answer their phones.nnThe owner of this MSY needs to either get their priorities straight, or shut down.

Had all the parts I needed but staff were extremely unprofessional and the shop was a mess. And to top it off they had a poster of a scantilly clad fanart of lady demetrius (character from Resedent evil 8) on the wall. definitely not going there again.
