SSKB Strata Managers : Community Experts

I thought I was having a private email with staff about the app and made comments our Body Corporate but it was passed onto the people concerned. Not good, very unprofessional

SSKB at Tweed Heads have been Strata Managers for our investment property for over 10 years. We have had several different individual managers over the years, and they have all provided prompt, courteous and efficient service. Our present managers, Traci and Kate, are doing a great job for us and I hope they continue to in their role for a long time!

I had so much help from both Kate and Traci when I was unclear about some of the information that was needed. For a time I was Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer because some of the Owners were not able or willing to help out. Kate and Traci were always there to give guidance which was a great comfort to me because it was all unchartered territory for me. I would recommend them anytime. Regards, Ann Williams
