Gold Coast Holiday Homes

We stayed at 17 Kirra Gardens in a lovely, newly renovated 2 bed apartment. Gold Coast Holiday Homes were very pleasant to deal with. When I called to enquire and book they were friendly and helpful. The microwave stopped working while we were there and they replaced it the next day and were very courteous about it. Will definitely be staying here again and using Gold Cost Holiday Homes.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Endless Summer, the property was fantastic with lots of room for everyone, the pool and jetty were enjoyed by all, the bar and pool table gave us lots of fun times, I would highly recommend Gold Coast Holiday Homes the communication was great, very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be booking with them in the future

Our recent experience with the wonderful people of Gold Coast Holiday Homes was outstanding.nThere was an initial hiccup with our booked accommodation, however this was remedied swiftly and professionally. (So much so, the only reason to include this is just to say how delighted we were with the response from the GCHH team). Every care was taken to ensure our stay was perfect. The accommodation itself was just fantastic and simply gorgeous - and the location, brilliant. We were so happy with our time there, we are already planning our next stay. Thank you to all the staff whom we communicated with during our time at Xavier Dunes. Your care and kindness was much appreciated. Can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Endless Summer - Waterfront Opulence for 5 nights and overall it was an outstanding experience. The property is kept extremely clean and well maintained. The location is fantastic and the house itself is absolutely stunning. It has a very strong tropical vibe. Gold Coast Holiday Homes were a pleasure to deal with. Communication was very good and they responded quickly to my concerns. The check in and check out procedures were straight forward and the house is provided with a very in depth manual. The house also sports great wifi internet! Thank you for a very pleasant experience!

Seabreeze in Cabarita.nnLovely house in convenient location.nnAirbnb misleading : no wifi, no drier, 2 bathrooms (not 3 as stated in ad).nnCleaning nowhere near Airbnb enhanced cleaning requirements - the world is in the middle of a global pandemic and the dishes and linen weren’t even clean. Additionally:nSand throughout the showernStreaky mirror in the bathroomnWhat appears to be cockroach droppings in cupboardsnDead bugs and insects on window ledgesnThe linen was left outside the front door in bags and was dusty and marked.nnAir conditioning disconnected in all bedrooms - way too hot in summer to have no air conditioning. One room had a fan that wasn’t even operable.nnWe had to clean the property, dishes and linen ourself (and line dry the linen) before it was usable, and the Gold Coast Holiday Homes wouldn’t even consider a refund on the cleaning fee.nnDisappointing.
